Saturday Social Ride

Ride Report Saturday Social:

10 Riders took advantage of the afternoon sun on Saturday and took on an ambitious 25 miler from Sutton hall to Marton, Newsbank, then around the back of Jodrell .

Although the temperature was far warmer in the afternoon, there was still a lot of slush and ice on the road as Margeret found out with a fall at the back of Jodrell. She soldiered on and battled up Pexhill all the way to Sutton Hall. Well done Margaret!

Future rides will be starting from The Harrington Arms, Gawsworth so we can explore more of the lanes within our 20 mile range. Also, we will coninue to start at 1pm until further notice, to take advantage of the warmer afternoon temperatures.
