Chilly Saturday Social Ride

12 social riders braved the chilly weather for a slightly longer than planned Saturday ride.

A larger than expected group of 12 set off from Sutton Hall, via Macclesfield, and up to the Wizard. Artists Lane was like Piccadilly Circus as various local clubs gathered to improve their Strava stats. We all made it down safely and set off to navigate a new untested lane/track to Chelford. Then to Redesmere and back via Gawsworth for an unscheduled puncture stop. Luckily we had booked ace mechanic Greg Rowson for the trip so had it sorted in a jiffy. Back to Sutton Hall slightly later than planned (well 1 hour later to be precise) for some well earned hot chocolate and chips.
