Wed Club Run to Broadbottom

Fantastic day out in glorious weather.

This ride goes from strength to strength under the leadership of Brother David, with, let the record show, at least two riders sampling its delights for the first time this week: welcome Jack and John (Raph not sure if this was your first time with this group or not, since I am still a Wednesday novice myself). About 50 miles at 11 mph. Cafe was heaving with no tables available so we sat outside in the sun. I refrained from taking a photo as Jack insisted on talking his top off and the unanimous consensus was that the world is not yet ready for such a fine sight.

The ride was just what I needed to restore my faith in my own limited ability after the debacle of my pathetic attempt at 100 miles on Sunday. More of the same please Brother David.
