Wednesday Club Run to Church Minshull

With our Dear Leader otherwise engaged, it fell to me to devise a destination and route. 54 miles round trip to Minshull’s Garden Centre which turned out to be absolutely packed, but, hey ho, soya milk available and a massive slab of toast supporting my Mexican brown beans in their 48-hour marinade of a tomato coulis reduction.
