71st Anniversary Club Run to High Legh Sun 11 Aug

At its first meeting on 23 July 1948, the club’s first committee agreed that the inaugural club run would be to Lymm on Sunday 15 Aug. The Lymm cafes have got a bit busy since 1948 so we're going down the road to High Legh Village Hall for tea this Sun 11 Aug, meeting at the Travel Lodge at Waters Green (opposite Macc railway station) at 1.00 pm. Then we’ll walk a few yards down to the site of Albert Brough's Cycle Shop, which is where the club run started in 1948.

The good citizens of Lymm are running the tea room to raise money to help Riding For The Disabled.
