The Thursday Faster Training Ride has stopped riding now it’s September. The Tuesday Faster Training Ride will start on 8 October.

The Tuesday Faster Training Ride is a steadier ride, tending to average 20-21 mph. Give it a go if you’re finding the 10-2-7 a breeze - and you can do both during the winter.
