Time trialling in 2019

You may have spotted this already but we’ve now finalised our Club 10 calendar for 2019. We’re sharing the organisation effort with Westmead Team 88 this year which means we’re able to offer more events, on two different courses.

A future post will explain how the scratch and handicap leagues will operate this year, and our club’s TT awards and prizes.

We had a fantastic turn-out for the M&D Xmas 10m TT with 15 riders taking part. Hopefully that has sparked some interest from our newer members to continue TTing this season.

In ‘Events’ select ‘Manchester (J)’ in the pull down under ‘District’ to find races that are local to us. The Cheshire Series is a great set of events (20 in total) to aim for, with the top 10 results counting in the season-long competition. Last year’s results are available at the link below, and I for one will be looking to ride more of those events (and faster ;) this season:
